Industrial silencers are essential devices for reducing noise generated by internal combustion engines and exhaust systems in various industrial applications. We offer a range of standard silencers and the possibility of creating custom versions upon request and customer drawings.

  • Silenced mufflers Series 100C (15-20 dBA)

Noise reduction by absorption.
No exhaust back pressure.

  • Super-silenced mufflers Series 200S-ST e 300S-ST (30-40 dBA)

Noise reduction by absorption and resonance.
Little exhaust back pressure.

Applications

  • generator sets
  • earth moving machines
  • agricultural, industrial and marine machines.

Technical features

  • Material: steel S235JR (St.37.2)
  • Surface treatment: black paint RAAL9005, high temperature 600°C
  • Deadening material: fiber glass type E - heat resistance 750°C.

Muffler choice

  • 4 stroke engine: see table
  • Turbo-charged engine: power on table (hp) x 1,4
  • 2 stroke engine: power on table (hp)  x 2

On request

  • stainless steel, with safety net, custom made on drawing/request
