ECOTEX is a glass fibre cloth -asbestos free- containing 15/20% of Viscose that carbonices at the first use. To ensure the maximum mechanical stability the cloth is strengthened with stainless steel filaments.
It is perfectly abrasion resisting and is treated to avoid inflammation and frazzle.
It resists to most of corrosive agents (except acids and concentrated bases). It also keeps unchanged its thermal insulating characteristics until a max temperature of 1050°C.
