Custom rubber / silicone shaped hoses

We realize custom shaped silicone and rubber hoses, according to the customer drawing.

The hoses are ideal for connections between engine-mounted charge air cooler system parts.
Also used to deliver pressurized intake air to the charge air intercooler and intake manifold.

Available in different types of compound (EPDM, NBR, CR, Neoprene, Silicone, etc.),
and/or with inner liner in FKM or Fluorosilicone FVMQ for oil/acid fuel  resistance,
depending on the type of application:

• Intake line engine/air filter
• Cooling (engine/radiator and intercooler)
• Oil intake

• Send drawing in PDF and 3D format, indicating the following parameters:
• Type of application
• Working temperature
• Working pressure or vacuum
• Expected annual consumption

Hoses with Metal fittings and Crimped ends also can be developed as per your requirement.
