TURBO-M DTM Intercooler corrugated hump hoses with steel rings

Hump hoses made of VMQ Silicone (Vinyl Methyl Quality) with steel rings and aramidic fiber reinforcements. On request: with Fluorinesilicone liner (FVMQ) or silicone oil-resistent and/or fiber reinforcements (Nomex®, Kevlar®, etc.).


Applications

Engine COOLING and HEATING Systems on Buses, Mobile Cranes, Trucks, Agricultural, Industrial and Building Machines; Generating-Sets, Cogenerators, Compressors.

On any kind of vehicle, machinery and industrial application to convey air and liquids at high temperatures.


Technical features

  • Working temperature: -60 / +225°C
  • Under layer: Red Iron Oxide VMQ Silicone.
  • Textile reinforcements: 4 aramidic fiber reinforcements. 
  • Coating layer: Red Iron Oxide VMQ Silicone.
  • Wall thickness: 4-6mm (+1/-0.5), according to the diameter
  • Hardness: 65÷75 °Sh. A
